By creating an account, accessing, or using OptionsEdge(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

OptionsEdge provides options market data, analytics, scanning tools, educational content, paper trading features, and related software for informational and research purposes. The Service is designed to help you analyze options strategies and market conditions — it is not a brokerage, investment adviser, or financial planner.

Features, data sources, and availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of third-party market data, or that any particular feature will remain available.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its data feeds
• Not share your account or resell access without our written permission

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate and interval selected at checkout. Trial periods, if offered, convert to paid billing unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal in Settings. Refunds are handled according to our billing policies and applicable law. Downgrades typically take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. You can lose more than your initial investment in certain strategies. Past performance, backtests, probability estimates, and simulated results displayed in the Service are not guarantees of future performance.

Market data, analytics, and recommendations shown in OptionsEdge are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute personalized investment advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating risks and making your own trading decisions.

OptionsEdge and its operators are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial planners. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to adopt any particular trading strategy.

The OptionsEdge IP includes all proprietary investment processes, quantitative models, factor weighting systems, probability engines, signal generation logic, and any derivatives, improvements, or modifications thereof. These models and processes constitute valuable trade secrets and confidential information of OptionsEdge.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, structure, organization, or trade secrets of the OptionsEdge IP
• Copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the OptionsEdge IP
• Use the Platform, or any information or outputs obtained from the Platform, to develop, train, improve, commercialize, or offer any competing product, service, model, or methodology
• Scrape, data mine, harvest, or use any automated means (including bots, crawlers, or scripts) to extract data, signals, outputs, or other information from the Platform for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on or in the Platform

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by OptionsEdge. Any unauthorized use of the OptionsEdge IP may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase (authentication and data storage), Stripe (payments), and market data vendors. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DATA WILL BE ERROR-FREE, TIMELY, OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTIONSEDGE INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
