Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and authentication credentials managed through Supabase Auth. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information permitted by that provider.

Subscription & billing data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store subscription tier, status, and billing identifiers — not full payment card numbers, which remain with Stripe.

Usage & product data. We collect information about how you interact with the platform, such as saved plays, learning progress, scanner preferences, feature usage, and feedback you submit. This helps us improve the product and personalize your experience.

Technical data. We automatically collect device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, log data, and cookies or similar technologies as described below.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Authenticate users and manage accounts
• Process subscriptions and billing through Stripe
• Personalize content, scanner settings, and educational recommendations
• Monitor performance, fix bugs, and improve features

• Supabase — authentication, database, and secure storage of account and product data

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and contractual safeguards. We share only the information necessary for each service to function.

We retain your account and product data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or security purposes.

Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained longer for product improvement and reporting.

We implement industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure infrastructure through our cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
